Who should attend?
Sessions will be geared toward your financial institution’s executive, operations, IT, marketing, and business development teams. Bringing multiple individuals from your institution will ensure each of these team’s voices will be heard, and that each of them can return with best practices and ideas to implement cohesively at your institution.

Q2 executives, product managers, developers, and customer success managers will be on hand at CONNECT to help answer questions and discuss options and possibilities with you.
I'm booking my travel. When does the conference officially begin and end?
Conference registration will open at 12:00 PM on Monday, June 1st, 2026. The opening keynote begins at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026. CONNECT 2026 programming & experience will extend through Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, with our Customer Appreciation Party ending at 9:00 PM.
What does my registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access to conference keynotes, exhibit hall, education sessions, and conference materials. It also includes conference meals such as CONNECT-hosted breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and evening events.
How do I pay for the customer conference?
At this time, we only accept payment via credit card. During the online registration process you will be presented with the option to pay via credit card.
Is the cost of the hotel included in the registration fee?
No, the hotel is not included in the registration fee. You are responsible for arranging your own sleeping accommodations. Visit the travel page for hotel information.
Is transportation provided to and from the airport?
No, you are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).
What is the refund policy?
- If you are unable to attend CONNECT, you may transfer your registration to another person by changing the details of your registration on the CONNECT conference website by Friday, May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
- All cancellations received on or before 11:59 PM CDT, May 29, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Please email all written cancellation requests to q2.connect@q2.com
Do I get a refund if I can only participate in one of the days?
No, the registration fee covers full attendance and cannot be prorated.
Can I participate remotely?
CONNECT is an in-person conference.
What is the dress code?
The conference dress code is business casual and the evening networking events are casual.
