World-Class Blind Adventurer
Blind since the age of 14, Erik Weihenmayer is a world-class adventurer, climber, and competitor; he’s a powerful speaker who’s shared platforms with global luminaries and leaders; and he’s also a celebrated author with an inspiring message about turning adversity into fuel for greatness.
In 2001, Erik became the first blind person in history to reach the summit of Mount Everest and has since completed his quest to climb the Seven Summits—the highest mountains on each continent. He’s also conquered dozens of other major peaks across the planet; he’s competed at the highest levels in adventure races, including the 457-mile Primal Quest; and he’s kayaked the entire 277 miles of the Grand Canyon on the Colorado River—considered one of the most formidable whitewater runs in the world.
Erik is the author of three books published in 12 languages; he’s been honored with dozens of awards, including the Helen Keller Lifetime Achievement Award; and he’s also carried torches for Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
In 2005, Erik co-founded No Barriers USA, a nonprofit organization that helps people of diverse abilities develop a No Barriers Mindset—to attack challenges head on, solve problems, build winning teams, and serve others.

A visionary leader known by Q2 team members and customers alike for his authentic, engaging, and quick-witted communications style, Matt is committed to Q2’s mission to build stronger communities by strengthening their financial institutions. He values direct engagement with customers and prospects and leverages his inquisitive nature to uncover innovative ways to improve the Q2 organization.
Matt has made significant contributions to Q2’s growth, strategic direction, and mission-driven culture. He was instrumental in driving Q2’s growth from a startup to a publicly-traded company with a global workforce, more than a thousand financial institutions across the globe, and a market capitalization exceeding $4 billion.
He is a veteran of the financial services industry with more than 20 years of professional experience, 15 of those years with Q2. In addition to his role as CEO, Matt serves on the Q2 Board of Directors.
A graduate of Baylor University, Matt is a recipient of the esteemed EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award and was also recognized as a National Finalist. He is currently a member of Dell Children’s Hospital Board of Trustees and serves on the board of directors of payment solutions company AffiniPay.
Kirk Coleman
President, Q2
As President, Kirk Coleman leads day-to-day operations, including marketing, sales, product, engineering, hosting, infrastructure, delivery and support. He is responsible for executing on Q2’s strategy to meet increasing customer demand for Q2’s comprehensive digital banking and lending solutions.
Prior to joining Q2, Coleman founded Centerline Advisors in July 2020 with the mission of helping mid-sized financial institutions and fintechs develop actionable strategies. Previously, he served as a senior executive with Texas Capital Bank for five years, responsible for Service, Operations, Technology, and Strategic Planning. Coleman also had a successful 20-year career at Accenture where he served as Managing Director (Partner), devoting the majority of his time to developing and managing banking clients. In addition to his client responsibilities, Coleman worked across multiple specialties, including Core Banking and Front Office transformation (Marketing, Sales and Service), holding several leadership roles within the North America Banking practice and the Dallas office.
Coleman earned a degree in Economics from Baylor University where he served on the Advisory Board of the Hankamer School of Business and is an investor with the Baylor Angel Network. Coleman also served on the Information Technology and Operations Management Advisory Board at Southern Methodist University and currently serves on the advisory board for the Mid-Size Bank Coalition of America.
ADAM BLUE
EVP & Chief Technology Officer

His conviction that technology can and will change the lives of people, businesses, and financial institutions everywhere sets Adam apart from other chief technical officers. He pours himself into developing talented, curious, and creative self-starters willing to tackle technology in new ways. Adam creates and coordinates Q2’s technology strategy while supporting the teams responsible for customer satisfaction and technology innovation.
Adam brings years of technology and software management expertise to Q2, including his management role at CipherTrust, a leading provider of enterprise-class email security solutions, where he was the vice president responsible for product development, customer support, and professional services. Adam also made distinct contributions to Q UP Systems and Servana.com as vice president of internet operations, and he was the chief network engineer for Harte-Hanks Response Management.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Indiana University and has completed graduate work in computational economics at the University of Texas at Austin.
Will Furrer

Will is an accomplished technology executive dedicated to helping banks and credit unions escape digital mediocrity, transform their business, and excel in today’s ultra-competitive business environment. Will is the Chief Strategy Officer at Q2 – a leader in digital transformation solutions for banks and credit unions – where he spends his time interpreting the voice of every Q2 customer, immersing himself in the newest technologies, and determining the build, buy, or partner strategies for the organization. Through consistently empowering his team and his creative, collaborative approach to strategy, Will leads prolific initiatives that transform today’s banking conversations. Since arriving at Q2, he is most proud that the company has been ranked among Austin’s Best Places to Work twelve years in a row.
Katharine Briggs
SVP, Customer Success

As SVP of Customer Success, Katharine is responsible for nurturing and growing customer relationships. Her team serves as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers – ensuring our customers receive measurable and growing value from licensed Q2 solutions as well as unlocking the value of Q2’s product roadmap.
Most recently, Katharine served as General Manager for Q2 PrecisionLender, where she led all aspects of Q2 PrecisionLender business in North America as well as the combined Q2 Cloud Lending and Q2 PrecisionLender sales and customer activities globally. Before joining Q2, Katharine served as chief operating officer for a Blackstone specialty lending company. She has also held leadership roles with BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory group, an NYSE REIT, and began her banking career as a Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager at First Union (now Wells Fargo).
Katharine graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting and is a CPA.

An engineer by trade and coach by passion, building skillful development and IT teams has been a trademark of Lou Senko’s career. Lou brings more than 20 years of experience leading architectural design, development, implementation and integration of enterprise-wide solutions to meet global business, financial and market demands to Q2. His organization is responsible for the Availability, Performance and Quality of the solutions being delivered, and the Security and Compliance of the environments they are delivered from. This aligns Hosting, Support with Security & Compliance under a single organization.
Lou was recently recognized with the Central Texas CIO of the Year award for 2022.
Kim Rutledge

For more than 20 years, Kim has cultivated a broad range of professional experience. At Q2, she serves as executive vice president of people, where she leads the human resources and corporate services organizations with a focus on enabling growth, development, and experiences for Q2’s mission-driven teams.
Kim’s human resources experience spans an array of industries, geographies, and company sizes, with an emphasis on creating, building, and restructuring organizations through intense business change and growth. Prior to being named executive vice president, people, Kim served as Q2’s senior vice president of human resources. Before joining Q2, Kim served as vice president, talent at SunPower, a global provider of residential and commercial solar energy solutions where she also held leadership roles in a variety of human resources functions, notably in culture transformation, talent management, talent acquisition, and business partnership. Kim has also held leadership roles in human resources and talent acquisition at companies including Dell, The Home Depot, and AutoTrader.com.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and lives in Austin, Texas, with her family.

Prior to joining Q2, Suzette served as senior vice president of a multi- bank holding company, responsible for Regulatory Compliance, Digital Banking, Branch Operations and Technology. Suzette has over 40 years of financial services experience.

Anthony Ianniciello

In his 15 years of experience in the design and technology industry, Anthony has developed a passion for innovation and user-centered problem-solving, while leading successful projects related to design, production, and product management. As a VP of Product Management with the Digital Banking team at Q2, he is currently responsible for driving strategies that enable customers to effectively engage users on the platform.
Throughout his career, Anthony has demonstrated a track record of listening and delivering products that help enterprise customers grow their relationships. He has a deep understanding of the importance of user experience, and he is focused on delivering solutions that are user-friendly and effective.
Anthony holds a degree in Design from Colorado State.
Jonathan Price
EVP, Emerging Businesses, Corporate & Business Development

With a strong passion for the market, Jonathan helps drive the rapidly emerging fintech ecosystem to Q2’s financial institution customers. He is responsible for leading Q2’s M&A and Partnership activity as well as the Q2 Helix and Q2 Innovation Studio organizations.
Jonathan is a fourteen-year investment banking veteran who specializes in uncovering investment opportunities in the financial software space. He previously served in the Technology & Business Services Investment Banking group at BMO Capital Markets, where he advised Vertical Software and Financial Technology companies on strategic opportunities and funding alternatives. Before BMO, he spent time between Goldman Sachs and Citi.
Jonathan holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Carlos Carvajal

As Q2’s chief marketing officer (CMO), Carlos leads marketing vision, strategy, and initiatives to elevate brand awareness and drive demand for Q2’s industry-leading digital banking and lending solutions. He’s also responsible for spreading the word about Q2’s people-first culture, unparalleled industry expertise, and the differentiated value and success Q2 delivers to customers.
Carlos brings a wealth of knowledge to Q2, having served as CMO at K2, a low-code automation solution leader, where he evolved the company’s go-to-market approach. At Kony, Carlos led marketing efforts, including the creation and launch of Kony’s next-generation digital banking vision and brand, which led to Kony's successful acquisition by Temenos.
Carlos has spent over 20 years in transformational digital technology, including web content management and advanced personalization at Vignette, artificial intelligence and machine learning for predictive recommendations at Baynote, and mobile-first innovation at Kony.
