Terms and conditions for CONNECT conference registration

By registering for the Event or accepting these Terms, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in relation to your CONNECT Conference registration and event participation.

Definitions

"Attendee" means an individual registered for or attending the CONNECT Conference.
"CONNECT" or "Event" or “CONNECT Conference” means Q2’s CONNECT Conference 2026, which will be held June 1–3, 2026, in Austin, Texas.
"CONNECT Conference Registration Site" means the public registration webpage accessed through the designated registration link provided by Q2 Software.
"CONNECT Conference App" means the event app or website through which users or attendees can register for the Event, access the event agenda, keynotes, videos, and other CONNECT Conference information and resources.
"Event Dates" mean the CONNECT 2026 event dates of June 1–3, 2026.
"Partner" means any Q2 Software subsidiary, affiliate, event sponsor, or customer.
"Required Registration Information" means the information you provide on the CONNECT 2026 Registration Page when registering for the Event. This may include personal information such as your first name, last name, picture, company, address, job title, and phone number.
"Terms" or "Terms of Service" shall refer to these Terms of Service, which govern Event registration and participation.
"you" or "your" means you, the individual accepting these Terms, and/or if applicable, the company or other legal entity for which you are accepting these Terms.

Registration and event terms

Registration

All Attendees must be registered for the Event through the CONNECT 2026 Registration Website. To register, you must provide the Required Registration Information on the CONNECT 2026 Registration Site and any promotional code (if applicable). Q2 Software reserves the right to cancel or terminate any registration or discount offer at any time. You will receive a registration confirmation email at the email address provided during registration.

Guest registration

The guest registration fee is per person and includes access to the evening events. The guest pass does not include access to conference general sessions or breakout sessions. Guest passes are limited to one (1) per regular attendee registration. A guest is defined as a significant other, family member, or other non-financial institution guest of the CONNECT attendee. All guests must be 21 years or older to attend evening events.

Payment

Full payment of the CONNECT Conference fees is required to gain access to the Event. Payment for registration is due in full no later than the Event start date. The CONNECT Conference registration fees paid may only be used for the CONNECT 2026 registration and may not be applied toward the purchase of any other products, services, or events.

In order to receive the prices listed online, you must complete and submit the online registration form by midnight (CDT) on the deadline date. Any registration completed online after midnight (CDT) will be processed at the next deadline price.

If paying by credit card, you hereby authorize Zuddl, acting as proxy on behalf of Q2 Software, to charge your credit card for fees associated with this Event. In the unlikely event Q2 Software cannot resolve your payment issue and you dispute the credit card charge, your electronic statement will serve as evidence that said charge is valid and just. Cancellations and substitutions

If you are unable to attend CONNECT, you may transfer your registration to another person by updating your registration details on the CONNECT Conference Registration Website by Friday, May 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CT.

All conference cancellations received on or before 11:59 p.m. CDT, March 27, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. Please email all written cancellation requests to q2connect@q2.com.

Security

The CONNECT Conference is committed to providing a safe and secure environment.

1. CONNECT Conference badges must be worn and visible at all times while at any CONNECT Conference venue, event, or activity. They may not be shared or exchanged. Violators’ badges may be confiscated, and their participation in the Event terminated.
2. Bags may be checked randomly during certain hours.
3. No bags or property should be left unattended at any time. Unattended property may be removed.
4. Except as specifically pre-approved in writing, no persons under 18 years of age will be permitted at CONNECT, including in the general session and all other venues.
5. Items prohibited at the CONNECT Conference include firearms or other weapons, explosives, and/or hazardous materials.
6. Q2 Software reserves the right to take any security measures it deems appropriate to ensure the safety of Attendees and exhibitors, without prior notice.

Personal release

Professional photographs, audio, and video will be captured during the Conference. Attendees hereby grant Q2 Software and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record them at the Conference and to distribute (now and in the future) their image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio recordings of such events and activities.

Forward-looking statements

Some CONNECT Conference presentations may contain projections or other forward-looking statements regarding future events or the future financial performance of Q2, Partners, and affiliates. Words such as "expects," "plans," "believes," "continues," "may," and similar expressions identify forward-looking statements. These statements are based on current expectations and are subject to risks and uncertainties; actual results may differ materially.

Assumption of risk

Your participation in and attendance at the CONNECT 2026 Conference is voluntary. CONNECT does not guarantee admittance to any specific event, session, or keynote and reserves the right to refuse admittance at its sole discretion. Unless specified otherwise, all events, keynotes, and sessions are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. You accept and assume all risks of any personal injury or damage to your personal property that may occur while attending CONNECT or participating in related activities, and you waive any claims against Q2 or its Partners related to such risks.

Unforeseen circumstances

The CONNECT 2026 Conference program schedule is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Q2 cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place.
Q2 will not be held liable, and no reimbursement will be made, in the event of cancellation or modification of CONNECT 2026 times, dates, sessions, and/or events due to circumstances beyond Q2’s control, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

General provisions

Q2 makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the event or event registration, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, and specifically disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Without limiting the foregoing, Q2 shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. The maximum liability hereunder to any attendee shall be the registration fees actually received by Q2 from such attendee.

Furthermore, Q2 makes no representation that these terms, or the tools, websites, or content provided hereunder (the "materials"), are appropriate or legal outside the usa. Those who access these materials from other locations do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
