(From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport-AUS)

Take the Airport Exit and follow signs for Bastrop Highway or Texas-71. Exit to the right on North Interstate 35 towards Waco. Continue on Interstate 35 until exit 234 A. After exiting on 234A stay on the frontage road until you reach East Cesar Chavez Street. Take a left on East Caesar Chavez street and the Fairmont will be on the left.

Weather

In most years, Austin averages a daily temperature for May that’s between 66 degrees and 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Business casual attire is appropriate during the conference and throughout the hotel. We suggest a sweater or light jacket for meeting rooms and evening events.

Travel FAQs

I’m booking my travel. When does the conference officially begin and end?

CONNECT 2023 registration will open at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 15. The opening keynote begins at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 16. CONNECT 2023 education sessions will extend through Thursday morning, with our final keynote at 11:30 a.m.

Is transportation provided to and from the airport?

No, you are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

Is the cost of the hotel included in the registration fee?

No, the hotel is not included in the registration fee. You are responsible for arranging your own sleeping accommodations. We have negotiated a special hotel rate of $299/night + tax at the Fairmont Austin for CONNECT attendees. Call (888)240-7773 to book and reference the Q2 CONNECT conference.
